Ryan Started teaching in 2000,  first in the UK, then soon after in Japan.

He quickly became a senior teacher at the school where he worked.

In 2003 he moved to Taiwan where he worked in an international kindergarten.

He returned to the UK for a while, until he finally returned to Japan in 2010.

As well as running the English School he also co-ordinates schedules and teaches English lessons for the Azalee group of Youchiens and Hoikuens.
